Step 5: Pharmacy Owner Sets Up a Business Entity – Build the Foundation Together
To deliver Medicare consultations compliantly and professionally, the pharmacy owner will need to set up a new business entity. This could be an LLC, S-Corp, or other structure depending on your state and preferences. Here's what they'll need:
